It always be the busiest month in the year, and yeaahhh I can't post sooner, sorry :(. In this month my one of my grandad passed awy, and just 2 days a go, my grandma also passed away. It's kind of diffficult month. Also in this month my family had the memorial of 1000 days after my dad passed away. Meeen really tired of the sorrow.

Also in this month, I have to moving out with new address, huff huff. So I stop doing swap postcards for a moment, I will settle down first.

And this month also can't see movie in theater, huhu. Maybe in March I can see the movie again, I hope so cos right now I'm really busy with the moving out :).

In the year of  2007 there was young adult novel that being bestseller and stealing people interest. The book's title was City Of  Bones by Cassandra Clare. In Indonesia that book being translated by Ufuk in 2010, and I, myself  begin reading that book in 2013, hehe.

In the first book, City Of  Bones ( yepz ot turns out to be series for six books) We being introduced  to the Shadow world and Downworlders, there were real vampire, werewolf, warlock, demon, and fairy. Oh and also the angel. And to protect human from the demons, there were Shadowhunter / Nephilim race ( they like hero for mundane like us, really badass hero, hehe). The setting on New York, the story begin with Clary ( human, actually she was shadowhunter but didn't know it at the moment) who being attacked by demons but  a group of Shadowhunters help her. The mystery  start apart and the adventure begin.

Right now there are five books ( City Of Bones, City Of ashes, City Of Glass, City Of Fallen Angels, City Of  Lost Souls). The last City Of Heavenly Fire would be published this year ( hurray) and today the reveal cover very shocking and tempting, haha. And every book make us to know more and more about the Shadow world. I think it's one of the best series book after the ending of Harry Potter series. The Mortal Instruments series make us learn about family, friendship, and love ( or forbidden love :p). About us make our choices and take the responsibility because of that. About the good and evil and the situation between that. 

My favorite is the third book, City Of Glass. I learn a lot from that book. and also in my opinion, the plot was climax. Hey, behind actions that could be considered evil, Valentine sure had a reason too. So don't judge him too hard ( hahaha). 

Though the book rather thick, don't worry cos after you read it, you can't stop it, hehe... It's very addicted so you will continue to read until next page, next chapter, next chapter and voilla... you reach the last page hurray you do finish the book, and want more, the next book and increasingly immersed in the story.

Beside that series, there are also prequel series, The Infernal Devices (only three books). The setting in English, in Voctorian era. The plot more dark I think, but I like the quotes and got a lot of  referencies from this series. It's more romantic than TMI. I think the TMI series more fun, that's why I like it more than TID, hehe.

To complete it, there are also others book like Shadowhunter's Codex, Shadowhunter's Guide, A little Book Of  Quote, Graphic Novel and Manga. I think Cassie really build the Shadow world for us. The Plan is she will make others series about The Shadowhunter ( TLH and The Dark Artifices). Hmmm.. Sounds we all get another fantastic stories :D.

The last Let's talk about The High Warlock in Brooklyn that have so many many fans out there ( or just me?) * drum rool please*, Magnus Bane. He had  short story that published every month ( only ebook version). So far there are 9 and this month would be published his last stories.  It's tell about Magnus from year 1791 till 1993 ( so far) so we will know his long long life, haha. He is one of my favorite character, he makes the story alive with his sarcasm, joke ( if you can understand his joke :p), his outgoing and absolutely his charm. What can I say,  he stole my heart with his magic :P.

So for you  that want good books for this year, I very recommend this series. You will got drama, action, romance, fantasy all in these books.

Time to make a new list !!!

Yeah..yeah.. I believe in list so much cos  I will know where am I in the progress.. And that also keep me in the right track, haha. I'm very old school with the list, I know I know.. I'm definitely type A haha... Let's begin the lisT ( very short for this year :p).

I will write quotes  ( from books, movies, people say, whatever ) that I love everyday and post it on twitter and  facebook used #365Quotes. So in the end of the year I would have 365 quotes, hehe.. very simple  (if i'm not forget to post it, hehe).

I will send postcards to 70 countries this year. There are 215 participant countries on postcrossing.com  So 70 is average I think, hehe. Just keep trying and send people to direct swap, haha * crossfinger*.

On Goodreads challenge I just want to read 70 books.. time to slow down, haha...

Heloo all...Time to wrap what i've done last year, hehe. very productive I think...

First let count on #100Dreams that I made. #100Dreams is a list for 100 things that i will try to do it but after I did that thing and crossed it, I will change to another challenge, so i always have 100 list all the time. And yeaayy... hurray to myself cos this year I can crossed 101 list . Very impressive * cough- cough*. Though I can't cross the list number 1 ( that's to find  my last piece of puzzle, hmm I know I know I'm being drama here, haha)

The second is... I can finished the reading challenge from Goodreads ( that's 150). Hufff... I'm relieved I can do that so I know my limit, hehe... very hard challenge really, I must read 12- 13 books a month. And I really trying hard to completed the task until the last day of the years, haha.

From the list there are so many good movie, but my favorite are The Hobbit 2, Catching Fire, Gravity, City of Bones, Star Trek, Percy Jackson, Ender's Game, Upside Down, and many more...haha. Time to make a new list for this year ( maybe in the next posting).

The happiest about 2013 was I continue my hoby to collect stamps and postcard ( the last time I doing this thing was when Highschool). So I really enthusiastic with this. Thank you for my best friend, Dewi that let me know about the web of  postcrossing.com. So I can send and receive postcards from all around the world. I always like to learn another country culture and very happy to gather with another person that have some hobby and assion with me.  I also learn  history and geography from here.. Meet alot of nice people ... i'm very grateful for this!!!.

Oh. My. God.. haha this movie is the most I want to watch this year and after I watched it, I still speechless to write it down hehe. A lot of famous stars in here ( a lot from my favorite, haha) and the book is one of my favorite ever ( yeah yeah I'm Tolkien's fan..and the book written almost 20 years before the trilogy of LOTR). So let's back to the movie...

Bilbo Baggins ( Martin Freeman) continue his journey to Lonely mountains with Gandalf (Ian McKellen) and the dwarfs. The orcs  still want to kill Thorin ( Richard Armitage) and the others especially  Azog ( Manu Bennet). In the Mirkwood Gandalf separate from them, so Bilbo and the dwarfs continue to the woods and met with giant spider. In the middle chaos, the hero come to help aka the elf forces led by the one and only Legolas Greenleaf ( Orlando Bloom) hahaha.

He still take my breath away after all this years LOL

But after the battle over, the dwarfs being  taken to Mirkwood. Thorin interogatted by Thranduil ( Lee Pace), the elf king and because Thorin reject Thranduil's offer, they all imprisoned. Bilbo that use the ring being invisible. Kili ( Aidan Turner, my other favorite, haha) have a crush with Tauriel ( Evangeline Lily).

Mirkwood

With Bilbo help, they all succes to get away from prison. Unfortunately the Orcs also hunt all of them. And again, Legolas, tauriel and other elf help them to kill orcs. Kili being shot by Orc's arrow that poisonous, huhu.

Then they all meet Bard ( Luke Evans) and persuade him to bring all of them to lake-town. The orcs still chasing after them, Tauriel and Legolas also in their way to catch them.

Bard the Bowman

Kili and fili, also two other dwarfs ( I forgot their name, hehe) stay in the Lake- town because Kili's injury, and the rest og the dwarfs and Bilbo go to Lonely mountains to search for the Arkenstone. In other part Gandalf and Radagast enter the trap and yeah Gandalf againt sauron is very interesting part too a lot of effect, hehe.

In the Lake-town finally Tauriel met again with Kili (haha most romantic moment) and she treat Kili's injury. On other part Bard being imprisoned , yeah he in fact was Girion's ancestry. The Orc arrived at Lake-town too and yeah another chaos happened, hehe..but this one rather funny cos my beloved one, Legolas (heleh) did'n believe it that he was bleed by the orc..so he catch the orc.

Thorin Oakenshield

In lonely mountain Bilbo and the dwarfs try to deceive the Smaug ( Bennedict Cumberbatch, only the voice though, hehe). But after a lot of trick  finally the Smaug realized that he just tricked so Smaug fly away to Lake-town to destroy the town again. To be continued...hahahaha....

Tauriel

Kili, my favorite dwarf

Over all the movie is great as I expected. I like all of it, The cast ( yep Orlando, aidan, Bennedict, and Luke Evans in one movie hurray), the plot, the cinematography, the plot ( yeah 170 minutes is worth it, haha), the make up and the costume ( seriously, Legolas look as the same as 12 years ago, haha he more fresh not as thin though), and also the song from Ed Sheeran... Never mind cos you rejected by Catching Fire, I see Fire is more fit for this movie :).

I always weak with all the archer haha, even in this movie that Kili didn't show off his ability. But everytime Legolas scene appear I still excited. Hahaha.. He's my very first crush that's why I use Elf as my last name, because I want to be elf family. Not because I'm fan of Super Junior ( Korean boyband), seriously there are many people thought wrong about it. I enjoy their music, but just it... the elf name pure from Legolas influence. Just make it clear..hehe.

Errrr it's just  make me drooling hahaha

In scale 1 to 5, I will give 8 hehehe... very great job Mr. Peter Jackson as always...

Last Sunday I spent my time to go to French Festival Film on my local theater. Actually I want to see La Guetteur but can't find the ticket, hehe so I decided to watch drama instead.

Un Plan Parfait cast by Diane Kruger ( I watch several of her movies, but it's my first French, hehe) and Danny Boon. It's drama, comedy, romance and I really enjoying the story.

So Isabelle (Diane)  want to marry her boyfriend since 10 years a go, Pierre (Robert Plagnol)  but in her family there confidence that every women won't last in their first marriage. Isa believe it and with her sister try to cheat that curse. They have perfect plan, Isa will marry in Kopenhagen ( after married she could immediately got divorce). On the plane to Kopenhagen Isa met Jean-Yves ( Danny Boone), he was an editor. At first Jean- Yves was very nossy and Isa hate him, unfortunately her plan didn't go as planned. So she improvised and follow Jean- yves to Nairobi.

In Kenya, they got the best adventure together, including saw a lion, and talk about stars ( seriously it's my favorite moment, unfortunately I can't get the picture of Kilimanjaro night full of stars :( . And also met with Masai tribe. They married with the tradiional ceremony.

 After get married Isa back to French and planning for her big wedding. But when she register for that, she really get married in Africa with real certificate written in goatskin. She must have signature from Jean-Yves to get the divorce. So yeah... the adventure continued in Russia.

Over all I like the plot, cinematography, soundtrack, cast and all of it. I can laugh, overwhelming and affected from this movie. SO in scale 1 to 5 I will give it 8, hahaha...
