The Seine river is the famous river in
France, have 776 km long. There are 37 bridges within Paris and dozens more
spanning the river outside the city.
The name Seine came from Latin Sequaka . In 1991 Unesco added the banks of the Sein in Paris
(the Rive Gauhe and Rive Broite) to the list of World Heritage Sites in Europe.
Though its beauty, the river was a
popular site for suicides and the disposal of bodies of murder victims. In the
picture also we can see the typical boats named bateux mouches.
