Yupz it's the most wanted movie in this year, on my list, haha. I love the book, I love the cast so I expected the great movie. I' ll tell a bout the casts first, not from the main character but from my favorite, hehe.
Rhys Meyers as Valentine, the poster reveal was great but when I first saw him exit from the portal, it's a big No No... What's wrong with his hair, Oh me God. That made me stop thinking a moment, honestly I'm a little dissapointed. As if the whole world is mocking me, huhu.

Next Aidan Turner as Luke Garroway, hmm I didn't like his hair ( I think I'm so critics haircut model in this movie, haha). I love him most as Kili.
Godfrey Gao as Magnus, hmm the sexy warlock just perfect only his scene just too little, I want more LOL.
Kevin Zegers as Alec looks a little too old :p. Jemima West as Isabelle and robert Sheehan as Simon just so purfect, hehe. Lily Collins as Clary was great and Jamie Bower as Jace a little surprise me, haha. Oke I was one of the people that think Alex Pettyfer was more good to act jace. But Jamie stole my heart, haha he got the soul of Jace. It's good for him.
I just hope maybe Alex Pettyfer would be the perfect cast to Sebastian Verlac, haha. Pretty please Mr. Harald?? Cassie?? LOL

For people who didn't read the book maybe they got confusing with the plot and the end of the story of the movie. So Clary didn't know that she is shadowhunter, till she can watch Jace killed blue demon at Pandemonium ( Simon can't see Jace). and also when she sleep she got vision and drawangelic rune that fullfil her room.
One day Jocelyn, Clary's mom being kidnapped by Valentine ( err.. actually Pangborn did this) and Clary with help from Jace, Isabella, Alec and yeah a little from Hodge too try to find her. So Clary found out the world that full of vampire, werewolf, and demon, haha welcome to the real world Clary :P. The world will be same, you're different. :)))
Oke back to the story, I know the plot from the book so yeah I comparing that. and yes it's different with capital D. I think I still prefer the book than the movie. I love my imagination. But the movie was great so I give it 8/10. The soundtrack also cool, my favorite still Heart by Heart by Demi Lovato.
